Whether it's videography, photography, marketing consultation, or a combination of services, MAINERMEDIA works closely with clients to design a package that aligns with their goals and budget. This flexibility ensures that businesses of all sizes and industries can benefit from MAINERMEDIA's expertise and achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level marketer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

    A full-time marketer might have expertise in one or two areas, but Mainermedia offers a wide range of marketing, media, and business solutions. This means clients can access a variety of services without having to hire multiple people or agencies.

    With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your marketer when you have work available for them.

  • Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. There is a cap to the amount of work completed each month or if a project, for example, a video advertisement or paid social media ad requires additional funds above the subscription base.

  • Depending on the project's scope, on average, most requests are completed in just two days or less once they are started. Videos usually take five business days from the filming date. However, more complex requests can take longer. Each project will have an estimated timeline.

  • You might be surprised to hear this, but MAINERMEDIA is an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of MAINERMEDIA. However, some requests require collaborating with trusted partners. I stay on top and report back to you on progress.

  • We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

    Pausing Services Policy

    Notification: Clients wishing to pause their subscription must provide a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. This allows for any ongoing projects to be completed and ensures a smooth transition.

    Pause Duration: Subscriptions can be paused for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 90 days. This provides flexibility for the client while ensuring a predictable revenue stream for Mainermedia.

    Remaining Days: Any remaining days from the current billing cycle will be credited to the client's account and can be used when the subscription is resumed. However, these days must be used within 6 months of resuming the subscription.

    Resuming Services: Clients can resume their subscription at any time by providing a written notice. Services will resume within 7 days of receiving the notice.

    Billing: Billing will be paused during the pause period and will resume at the start of the next billing cycle after services are resumed.

    Limitations: Clients can pause their subscription a maximum of twice in a 12-month period. This helps Mainermedia manage resources and plan for capacity.

    This policy provides flexibility for clients while also ensuring predictability and fairness for Mainermedia.

  • Most of the content is made in Adobe Suites applications.

    Versatility: I use Adobe Suite, which includes a wide range of applications for different types of content creation. This includes Photoshop for image editing, Illustrator for vector graphics, Premiere Pro for video editing, and InDesign for layout design. This means I can handle a wide variety of requests, from photo editing to video production to graphic design.

    Professional Quality: Adobe's tools are industry-standard for a reason. They offer a high level of precision and control, allowing me to deliver professional-quality results. Whether I'm retouching a photo or editing a video, you can be assured that the final product will look polished and high-quality.

    Compatibility: Adobe's tools are widely used, which means the files I create will be easily accessible to you. You can open the files in your own Adobe applications, or in many cases, other programs you might be using.

    Efficiency: With my expertise in Adobe Suite, I can work efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

  • We’re all about flexibility. You're welcome to send an email with your requests. If you prefer a phone call, that works too. And if you're nearby, we can even arrange a meeting at your business.

    For a more streamlined approach, feel free to share your ideas directly through Google Docs or wireframes. And if writing isn't your thing, a brief video outlining your vision works just as well. Basically, if you can share it or link it, we’re ready to work with it.

  • It's part of the creative process. If you're not completely happy with the results from a service, that's okay. We'll continue to revise and refine it until it's exactly what you're looking for. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.

  • That's not a problem at all. If you only have a single request at the moment, you can simply pause your subscription once it's completed. Then, when you have more advertising needs in the future, you can resume your subscription. This way, you won't lose out on the remainder of your subscription period. If you are not a subscriber, simply set up a call and get a quote for your next project. It's all about making the service work for you.

  • Before any work has been performed, a refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation. However, please note that due to processing charges, any refund issued will have processing fees incurred. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available. We encourage open communication to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.

  • While the subscription covers a wide range of services, there may be instances where a project's scope goes beyond what's included in your plan. In such cases, there could be additional costs. This might happen if we need to bring in subcontractors, allocate a budget for social media ads, or cover other extra expenses.

    But remember, the real value of the subscription is in its ability to support your ongoing marketing efforts. It's about maintaining a strong and consistent digital presence, which helps your brand stay relevant and competitive in your market. In today's digital world, this continuous approach to marketing is key to staying ahead.
